I meet so many heart-centered people these days: each with a sincere desire to serve others in a meaningful way, and each aching to understand how to get their current reality to aptly reflect their inspired ideals. In my experience, it’s nearly impossible to see how all the pieces are going to come together while you are in the midst of the puzzle. There is a solution, but it may end up looking much different than you expected it to.

Today while journaling, I encourage you to stay open to the possibilities your life may take; look for the perfection woven throughout the chaos of life; allow your writing to shift in response to what you learn along the way. That’s it!

    This week’s journal prompt is:

Week 24: “A cinnamon leaf dancing freely with the lively autumn breeze reminds me . . .”

A cinnamon leaf dancing freely with the lively autumn breeze reminds me to fully express my bold colors, to dance during transition, and to trust that which I cannot see. In doing so, others are empowered to do the same.

There is a time to hold tight and a time to let go. And while letting go is seen by some as weakness, it is truly just another way of holding that which I love.

It is not necessary to fall straight or land hard. There is an opportunity to dance with the unseen forces around and within me if I choose to be so bold. I choose to trust the wind as it carries me from my place of origin, knowing that even in my dying I serve the greater thriving. I choose to dance, full of vibrant color. I choose to smile, with laughter in my heart. I choose to discover the depth of peace woven throughout chaos and uncertainty.

I need not know the path before me, I need only be who I am completely. In doing so, this cinnamon life dances freely with the lively autumn breeze.
